I finally walked the "big dam bridge" with a couple of friends. The overall experience was wonderful, the bride, the water, the views. My only problem and concern is all of the doggie poop! There are a lot of irresponsible pet owners out there that need to be more accountable for their pets and their poop.

Love the bridge, just started walking this year and enjoy it thoroughly. However I would like to see the bikers have a little bit more manners on the bridge like slow down and not take up the whole bridge. I am also going to tell the walkers to stay all the way to the left or all the way to the right when walking. It will makes things better out there.

when i first heard about the big dam bridge and i was going to run across it i was thinking cool i can do that but once i came across the bridge i paniced i was like im am not crossing that my husband an daghter where pushing me to the bridge although i am 35 i can through a fit i was yelling and screaming and calling on jesus but eventually i ran the race

I go to the bridge often. I enjoy it alot. For the first time I just now completed the complete river trail from start to finish. It was alot of fun.

i moved to maumelle and did not know the bridge was so close to me i will be out there everyday i hope .i would like to know how long it is from end to end

I moved away from Little Rock in 2002 and have been away for 8 years. Alot has happened since leaving!! 2 weeks ago I went back to Little Rock for a week's vacation and my boyfriend took me to Murray Lock and Dam and I about flipped when i saw the changes that have been made!! I used to fish along the jetees and the peninsula in 1997 and go swimming in the alcove on the Northern part of the river. When he showed me the Big Dam Bridge I was flabberghasted!! It was not only beautiful, but the view was breathtaking!! We walked it and to my surprise I was able to walk all the way across!! This weekend we're going back and bike it this time and our destination is Burn's Park. This is so awesome!!
